AI implementation for professional services firms

We turn the knowledge and the repeatable work inside a professional services firm into production systems, built in your environment and owned by you.

The knowledge is billable, and the questions repeat

In a professional services firm the expensive knowledge sits with the people who bill by the hour. Every question routed to a senior consultant is time not spent on client work, and most of those questions have been answered before, in a document somebody already wrote.

These systems run on your accounts and read from the playbooks, templates and past work the firm has produced. The prompts and the code stay yours, which matters when what is being encoded is the firm's own method rather than a generic process.

Workflows we have put into production

Three systems running in professional services firms. Each one links to what was built.

What running this on a firm's own knowledge takes

These are not added at the end. They are the reason the build takes the shape it does.

Your permissions, checked when the question is asked
Access is evaluated for the person asking, in your own systems. Client work stays visible only to the people it was already visible to.
A source under every answer
Document, section and a link back, so a partner can check the answer against the material rather than take it on trust.
The method stays your asset
The prompts, the code and the configuration are yours, in your repository. What the system encodes is the firm's own way of working.
Your documents are not used to train a model
They are retrieved for a single answer and passed as context. Processing location and retention are agreed in writing first.

Questions we get from professional services firms

No, and a system that claimed to would be the wrong build. What it removes is the repeat question that has already been answered in a document. The work that needs judgement still reaches a person, and the answer always shows the source so that person can check it in seconds.

Usually not, and it is one of the things the diagnostic measures. Out of date and duplicate documents are the common case. What does block a build is having nobody who can decide which version is authoritative, because that is a question about the firm rather than about the software.

Both are built. An internal assistant reads material only staff can open. A client-facing one answers from a nominated set of approved documents and nothing else, with the scope of what it will not answer agreed in writing before launch.

The code, the prompts, the configuration and the evaluation set, in your repository and running on your accounts. Nothing depends on us continuing, and there is no licence to keep paying to keep the system running.
