Enterprise AI readiness assessment
We check whether your environment can support AI, and give you a written answer on what is ready, what is not, and what it would take.

What you get
Readiness is about your environment, not your ambition. We look at where your documents and data actually sit, what condition they are in, and whether access can be reasoned about system by system.
You get a written answer rather than a system, so your own leadership decides what to do with it. The point that usually settles it is ownership, because a firm with clean data can still have nobody to run a system once it exists.

At handover
- A written answer on whether you are ready
- What is ready, what is not, and what it would take.
- A list of where your documents sit
- Where content lives, and which version is current.
- What sensitive material is in there
- Personal, privileged and regulated content, and where.
- Who can open what today
- And where those permissions are actually recorded.
- What each system would let us read
- What a build could read from it, and under what limits.
- The person who would own it
- Someone on your side who would run a system here.
Questions
No. The assessment reads the environment rather than the ambition, so it runs the same way whether you have a shortlist or a single idea. Most firms arrive with a list, and the readout usually changes the order of it.
That is a normal result and it is the reason to run the assessment before a build rather than during one. You get the list of what would have to change, with an owner named against each item, and no obligation to start anything.
The hours it costs your side are set out on how we work, and what moves them is the number of source systems rather than the size of the firm. Most of the work is ours, and most of yours is access and half a day of interviews.
